Here are answers to some common questions
people have about Life Groups.
Q: How often do Life Groups meet?
A: Life Groups are encouraged to meet on a weekly basis. A few of our Life groups meet on a less frequent schedule and through the use of other mediums to provide ongoing care, nurturing, and leadership development these groups can still be effective and healthy.
Q: How long does a Life Group meeting last?
A: A life group meeting typically last 90 minutes.
Q: Are all groups required to study the same material?
A: Occasionally, we have a church wide campaign such as the “40 Days of Purpose” when we ask each of the groups to study the campaign subject and materials. Other then that, each group is allowed to choose the topic of their choice using material approved by church leadership.
Q: Do I have to be a member of the Batesville Christian Church to attend a Life Group?
A: No! Our Life Group ministry is built around connecting the unconnected in our community to a group of 6-12 individual who intentionally come together on a regular basis to grow closer to God and share in one another’s lives.
Q: What days of the week do Life Groups meet?
A: Life Groups meet on different days throughout the week. Contact the church office at 812-934-5147 for a current list of groups.
