Visiting a new church can always be a little uncomfortable. We ask ourselves questions like... What time is the service? What should I wear? Are there age appropriate functions for my children? At Batesville Christian, we hope that this FAQ page will help answer some of those questions as well as take away any anxiety you may feel about checking out a new church.

"Where is the church?"
The church is located at the corner of State Route 46 and Columbus Avenue in Batesville. Click here for directions.
"Where do I park when I get there?"
There is limited parking on the paved lot (northwest of the building), but plenty of parking on the gravel lot (southeast of the building).
"Where is the Worship Center?"
The worship center is located just inside the main entrance, which is underneath the outside awning.
"Do I need to drop off my kids somewhere first?"
Our Nursery covers both Sunday Services as well as Sunday School, and is located off the east side of the Worship Center. For age 3 thru 2nd Grade we have Discovery Club during our 11:00 AM service. Discovery Club is located downstairs in the Fellowship Hall right under the worship center.
"What time does the service start?"
We have two services. The first service starts at 8:30 AM. The second service starts at 11:00 AM.
"Are both of the services the same?"
Yes. Both services are conducted in exactly the same format with the same style of music and preaching.
"What is appropriate dress?"
For both men and women the style of dress varies from suits, business casual to blue jeans. We want everyone to feel welcome.
"When are Small Groups and Sunday School classes?
We have Sunday School classes for all ages that meet in between our two services (Sunday School starts at 9:45 AM). We also have Life Groups that meet during the week. Most groups meet on Friday or Sunday evenings. Click here for more information about our Life Groups.
